1. The journey of your order to you
Rayuva is committed to transparently explaining how your order will arrive. To ensure our products are accessible and fairly priced, we work with an international fulfillment partner who handles warehousing, quality control, and shipping.
Specifically, this means that for regular returns, such as when an item is not to the customer's liking, the items are sent back to our fulfillment partner. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost returns without tracking.
If the error is on our side (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will of course cover the return shipping costs and offer a free replacement or a full refund.

3. How to return an item
Please email us at support@rayuva.shop within 30 days of receiving your order . Include your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
After reviewing your request, we will send you the return instructions and the exact return address.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.
Cancellation is only possible before the order has been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
5. Your statutory right of withdrawal
Regardless of our 30-day return policy, under German and EU consumer law (distance selling regulations, §§ 355 ff. BGB), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by our voluntary return policy.
